Foot spa sessionThese relaxing treatments will be carried out by our experienced holistic therapists, using bespoke hand blended oils, to make sure you’re pampered after a day of boot camp activities. Upon booking, you’ll be provided with a choice of treatments you can book during your weekend (additional charges apply).

We want you to feel good inside and out and one of the main problems in losing weight, lifting yourself out of an unhealthy rut or sedentary lifestyle and feeling good about yourself again, is dealing with any underlying issues that you may or may not be aware of.

You’ll also benefit from a life coaching session with our trained expert Julie Britton who has over 10 years of coaching experience with renowned clients such as Harrods, British Airways and Whole Foods London. In the style of a group workshop, Julie will discuss habit changing, motivation, work life balance, commitments and other related topics raised in the session, to help increase your self-confidence and self-esteem, allowing you to move forward with not only your fitness and wellbeing goals but also your personal life goals. You’ll go home knowing what your coping strategies are and how you can change your way of thinking to achieve what you want.
