Our timetable of activities have been designed by our athletes and trainers providing a tried and tested combination of cardio, high intensity and low intensity exercises challenging you both physically and mentally. The weekend has been structured to achieve your ultimate optimum fitness to get the very best out of you.
Hiking
Exercise in the outdoors – you can’t beat it! Have some me time, burn off stress, take in the beautiful countryside and build your stamina with hiking and walking.
We are the UK’s only boot camp to offer facial, skin and tongue analysis, as well as food intolerance testing – find out what our nutritionist thinks you should be having more and less of and how to make these changes. You’ll also take away with you the nutrition workshop notes and your personal assessment report.
Yoga
Hatha yoga and power yoga is great for muscle toning, weight loss and improving flexibility. It increases mental focus and along with some meditation will give you a complete mind, body and soul workout. Healthy meals and juices
Experience a cleansing detox with out wheat and dairy free meals, juices, smoothies and snacks. This will not only aid weight loss but increase energy levels, reduce bloating and give you glowing skin, eyes and complexion.
Pilates

Pilates involves smooth motions and techniques developing core inner body strength, greater fitness levels, flatter stomach and tighter abs plus your natural posture will improve.
Personal training 
Every day you’ll be exercising with our personal trainers, testing your current level of fitness and pushing you to achieve more. You’ll take part in team games, circuits, log runs, scramble nets, core training, resistance training and so much more – be prepared…

Life coaching provides a believable structure for people to decide what they want and how they can achieve it. You’ll commit to specific actions and focus on your goals in order to move forward. Boxing
Boxing strengthens your core balance, gives you a great cardiovascular workout, improves confidence, strengthens arms, legs, stomach and abs and relieves stress! It greatly improves the tone of your body and is an effective weight loss technique that’s fun! Mentally it strengthens confidence and self-motivation.
