What’s included in the 4 day weekend course?
- Contemporary accommodation in a choice of 2 venues: the heart of Herefordshire in England, or Hay-on-Wye in Wales, both rural yet easily accessible (transfers included)

- Life coaching session on changing negative habits, motivation, work/life balance and coping strategies
