We’re the only boot camp and fitness retreat in the UK to include food intolerance testing, facial analysis and tongue analysis which will give you a huge insight into your dietary deficiencies and intolerances. By studying your skin, eyes and tongue, our nutritionist and dietician Emma Jones can tell what foods irritate your body and any underlying illnesses. For example, open pores can signify too much acid in your system and red or puffy cheeks indicate a dairy intolerance. 
Emma will also assess the impact your lifestyle has on your body, such as your sleeping patterns, skin care, work patterns, dietary needs and more, to best advise you.

Cleansing detoxWheatgrass shot
Our menus are wheat and dairy free so you experience a complete cleansing detox to aid weight loss, reduce bloating, increase energy levels, give you clearer skin and eyes and a fresher complexion, allowing you better mental clarity. If you have any special dietary requirements, let us know and we’ll modify the menus for you.
To aid the detox process further you’ll also have daily shots of wheatgrass – just 1 shot is equivalent to 1kg of green leafy vegetables and is a great superfood with a multitude of health benefits.

Nutrition workshop
Emma will hold a nutrition workshop on topics of interest such as negative eating habits, eating healthier, food substitutions, portion control and how the quality of your calories is more important that the quantity! You’ll be provided with practical sensible advice to restructure your daily diet, making sure you continue to eat the right balance of foods and essential vitamins when you leave the fitness boot camp.

Fresh, locally sourced ingredientsThe Grapevine
All our menus are lovingly prepared by our chef using only the finest ingredients that are fresh, organic and locally sourced where possible, from local produce suppliers and farm shops, such as the ‘The Grapevine’ in Hereford, one of Rick Stein’s Food Heroes!
You’ll be eating adequate portions of 3 nutritionally balanced meals plus snacks throughout the day with drinks such as fruit juices, fresh smoothies and herbal teas to keep you hydrated. We’re very careful to ensure you’re fed properly – absolutely no-one leaves us feeling they’ve been starved!

Cookery demonstration
There will also be a cookery demonstration with our chef to show you different methods, tips and techniques as well as a Q & A session.
