Our boot camp retreats are held in 2 stunning locations in England and Wales: Hay-on-Wye in Wales and Herefordshire in England. Both locations are private and contemporary, situated in the beautiful Welsh/English borders and at the same time benefiting from excellent travel links and are easily accessible from London and the South (2.5 – 3 hours), the Southwest and the North/Midlands.
Our venues have been carefully selected to ensure everyone is able to recharge their batteries and focus on themselves, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Boot camp activities take place on and off site, taking in the nearby woodland, trails and mountains. We believe you don’t always need to exercise in the gym so we like to make the most of the great outdoors!
“Hay-on-Wye”
Our new venue here is a group of 5* graded luxury conversions set in five acres of impressive grounds located in the stunning Wye Valley, near the Black Mountains and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The famous book town of Hay-on-Wye lies on three borders, marked by the River Wye and the Brecon Beacons and is a truly stunning region to escape to.
All bedrooms are modern, spacious and tastefully furnished and include little extras such as handmade organic soaps and toiletries. After a day of activities relax by the fireplace or wind down in the terrace overlooking the views across the castle grounds.
“Herefordshire”

Our accommodation in the rolling hills of Hereford is a private cluster of pretty cottages in the heart of the beautiful Welsh Marches. The village is known as the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ and the area is famous for its ‘Black and White Village Trails’ which you’ll be walking along. All cottages are fully equipped with modern facilities and there are a variety of rooms to choose from including doubles and twins.
The region has stunning natural beauty and unspoiled charm with market towns and villages brimming with character. It’s a beautiful place to take part in outdoor activities in its valleys, trails and picturesque routes in the nearby Forest of Dean and Offa’s Dyke. Not forgetting Hereford’s reputation for producing natural ingredients for delicious foods, the area offers all this and more for a refreshing healthy holiday or ’staycation’ in England.
